Amazing National Parks You Can’t Miss
Vatnajokull National Park
As the largest national park in Europe, this park in Iceland is characterized by amazing glacial ice, impressive waterfalls, deep valleys, and still-active volcanoes. Visitors can explore the park every day of the year, and there are guided hikes, ice walks, guided skiing trips, ice climbing, snowmobility, and even sailing trips between the icebergs on the surrounding lake.
Plitvice National Park
A total of 16 lakes are found within Croatia’s extraordinary Plitvice National Park, including two sections of 12 upper lakes and four lower lakes.
