Many of our attendees have made new friends and connected with professionals they now work with, which is so cool to see! NL : Why did the team decide to start this program for women? DA : Our firm recognized that women, in general, face unique financial challenges, including pay gaps, longer life expectancies, and often taking career breaks for family reasons. OurWomen & Wealth series was created as a way to address these specific needs.
